On Tuesday, August 1st, our family suffered the unexpected and sudden passing of a true gentleman of jazz and character in 79-year-old Eddie Pazant.  With the George Gee Swing Orchestra for over two decades, starting in 1995 and continuously a stalwart member until the very end.   Eddie had three show-stopping performances the week beforehand, so he surely went out swingin'!  We will miss your soulful alto saxophone sound and belly-deep laugh forever.  Rest in Peace Mr. Ed Pazant.
